Field & Herd

Help with your farm account

Join your farm

Open the invitation link shared by your administrator in your browser, or choose “I have a farm invitation” and enter the code. Use the Google email the administrator invited. Invitations work once and expire after seven days. The app does not automatically email invitations.

Already have an account? Continue with Google using the same account. If asked to connect an existing account, enter your Field & Herd password, not your Google password.

Can't add cattle?

A farm needs at least one field and one tag owner/color. Administrators add these in Farm setup. Farm team members can then add cattle and record work. Ask an administrator to change your access if you also need to manage farm setup.

Forgot your password?

If you have already connected Google, use Continue with Google. To recover your Google account, use Google's account recovery. If you have a Field & Herd password and know it, change it in Farm setup → Account & help. For a forgotten Field & Herd password, open password recovery. That page shows whether email recovery is available. Reset links expire after 20 minutes and work once. If email recovery is unavailable or you cannot access your email, contact support. Support must verify ownership before changing access.

Offline records and synchronization

In Safari, use Share → Add to Home Screen, then open the installed app online before working offline. Check the sync indicator before moving between devices. If a conflict appears, review both versions. Do not clear website data to fix a sign-in or sync problem. First export a device backup from Farm setup.

Request account or data deletion

Email a deletion request from your account email. Tell us whether you want to close your account or remove specific farm records. We will verify ownership and clarify shared-team access and backup retention before proceeding. This link opens your email app; you must send the email yourself.
